Wellbeing Workshops at ORC

Choosing the ORC as your club is the healthiest choice you’ll ever make.  Why?  Because we care about your wellbeing and therefore want to provide you with as many opportunities as possible to sweat, play, socialize and learn – all with the intent of helping you achieve your health goals.

This fall we have a number of interactive Health & Wellness workshops designed to offer education, to give support, and to answer your questions in an intimate but casual small group setting. Image of business friends discussing brainstorming and ideas at meeting inside beautiful modern building place

When life is busy we often fly by the seat of our pants, especially our nutrition. It can be easier to just grab whatever is around but unfortunately this often does not give us the results we want or the nutrition we need.

Please join Christine Hanlan our Health & Wellness Ambassador and Registered Holistic Nutritionist to learn how to build a one week meal plan for you and/or your family.

How often should you eat?
What does a balanced meal look like?
Where do ‘treats’ fit into the plan?
How do we add variety without making it too complicated?
How do we vary the plan and keep it fresh?

This is a great resource for anyone looking to improve their eating habits! Read more here.
